How can I update my payment method?

You can log into your account at www.lashesforlife.co.uk and edit your payment method under the "credit card" box. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

 You can log in your account→ Your Subscription(s) → Edit → Cancel Subscription (bottom left corner)

How can I skip a month?

You can log in your account → Your Subscription(s) → Edit → Skip Renewal (top right corner)

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit card.

How can I update my payment method?

You can log in your account and edit your payment method under the "credit card" box. 

When will my box be shipped?

Our boxes are shipped out once a month, 

We aim to dispatch our boxes within 7 days of renewal which is from the 1st of the month. If you sign up from the 22nd of the current month you will receive the next months box and will be dispatched around the 5th of the  following month.

For example if you sign up on the 23rd of October, you will receive a dispatch email by the 5th of November. if your renewal is successful on the 1st of November, your box will be dispatched within 7 days of this.

Our cut off date for that current months box is the 20th.

When is the renewal date?

You should expect your payment to come out on the 1st of each month, if this is unsuccessful the system will continue to try to take payment for 7 days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is £3.50 for UK Mainland only

My box is being returned to sender, what do I do?

Please contact us if you notice your box is being returned and we can send it back to you once we receive it.

My box is being shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?

Our boxes are shipped to the address as you have provided it. Lashes for life are not responsible for lost parcels due to the address being entered incorrectly or if the address has not been updated. We will not offer refunds or replacements.
